Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information
We currently ship across the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35. For orders under $35, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your LumiDew experience. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery—but only for unused products in their original, unopened packaging. Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used items under any circumstance.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@lumidew.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.
