🧖Simple Steps: How to Use
Follow these four steps for the perfect relaxing experience with your LumiDew Steam Eye Mask.
Preparation: Begin by applying your favorite serum to allow smooth movement and enhance absorption for an effortless, soothing glide.
Step 1. Below the collarbone: Sweep outward with light, gentle pressure to open the chest area, encourage lymphatic flow, and create a sense of grounding and openness.
Step 2. Neckline: Glide downward using soft, gentle strokes to support drainage, ease tension, and maintain a smooth, elongated neckline.
Step 3. Around the ear (front & back): Move slowly up and down around the ear area to stimulate circulation, release stored tension, and promote overall facial balance.
Step 4. Temporalis muscle: Using light pressure, massage in a zigzag up-and-down motion to relieve jaw and temple tension while calming the nervous system.
Step 5. Eye area: At the inner corner beneath the brow, apply gentle pressure, then move toward the center. At the outer corner, perform soft acupressure to relax the eye muscles and refresh tired eyes.
Step 6. Under-eye area: From the inner to the outer corner, use smooth, feather-light strokes to reduce puffiness and brighten the under-eye area.
Step 7. Nose and cheek points: Apply gentle acupressure along the sides of the nose, the hollow of the cheek, and in front of the ear to enhance circulation and sculpt the mid-face.
Step 8. Jawline: Glide upward naturally with light pressure from the chin toward the ears to refine facial contours and release tension.
After Use: Rinse under running water and gently pat dry to keep your gua sha tool clean and hygienic for optimal performance.
🧖Care & Handling
To maintain the high-quality finish and structural integrity of your LumiDew Steatite Ceramic Gua Sha, please follow these essential care instructions:
- Fragility Warning: While our Steatite Ceramic is engineered for durability and thermal retention, it remains a natural ceramic material. Avoid dropping the tool on hard surfaces (such as stone countertops or bathroom tiles), as high-impact drops can cause the material to fracture or break.
- Cleaning: After every session, rinse your Gua Sha tool under warm running water. Use a mild, pH-neutral soap to remove any residual facial oils or serums.
- Drying & Storage: Gently pat the tool dry with a soft, lint-free microfiber towel. Always store your Gua Sha in its original protective foam-lined magnetic box or a soft travel pouch to prevent accidental chips or scratches.
- Temperature Handling: Our ceramic is safe for use in the refrigerator for a cooling effect. However, avoid "thermal shock" (moving the tool immediately from boiling water to ice-cold water), as extreme temperature swings can stress the ceramic structure.
- Inspection: Before each use, quickly inspect your tool for any chips or sharp edges caused by accidental drops to ensure a safe and smooth facial massage.
